Public Hearing for the purpose of taking Public comment on the following Drilling/Operating Permit Applications:
A. Four wells for Andy Ngo. The wells will be located at 9312 Cook Road, Bremond, TX for a total of 140 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
B. Three wells for Tom Nguyen. The wells will be located at 9312 Cook Road, Bremond, TX for a total of 105 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
C. Three wells for Christine Nguyen. The wells will be located at 9312 Cook Road, Bremond, TX for a total of 105 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
D. Four wells for Phap Nguyen. The wells will be located at 9312 Cook Road, Bremond, TX for a total of 140 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
E. Three wells for Dung Vu. The wells will be located at 9312 Cook Road, Bremond, TX for a total of 105 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
F. Two wells for Doung Thai Nguyen of J & J Farms. The wells will be located at 8225 Old Hwy, Calvert, TX for a total of 22 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
G. Two wells for David and Janie Burnett of Robertson County Poultry, LLC. The wells will be located South East of 1953 Marris Lane, Franklin, TX. for a total of 68 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
H. Three wells for David and Janie Burnett of Robertson County Poultry II, LLC. The wells will be located South of 1953 Marris Lane, Franklin, TX. for a total of 102 acre/feet per year for Poultry Houses. The wells will be located in the Hooper Aquifer.
I. One well for Energy Transfer. The well will be located at 10892 James Cemetary Rd, Franklin, TX. for a total of 3 acre/feet per year for Industrial Use. (Water will be used to wash down plant equipment & provide water to bathrooms). The well will be located in the Queen City Aquifer.

The Board of Directors may meet in closed session, pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code §§ 551.071-551.076, to:
(1) consult with attorney
(2) deliberate regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person;
(3) deliberate a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation to the District if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person;
(4) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a Board member or District employee;
(5) to receive information from employees or question employees, but not deliberate public business or agency policy that affects public business; and
(6) to deliberate the deployment or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices.
The Board may also meet in open session on these matters as required by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code § 551.102.
